The Kuwaiti Federation of Women's Associations celebrated the nation's two national holidays, "Liberation and Independence," by participating in an event organized by the Social Committee of the Kuwaiti Women's Voluntary Society for Community Service and Development, held at its headquarters in the Dasman area, attended by its members. The event included various artistic and poetic performances expressing love for Kuwait. It was followed by contests, an entertainment program for both adults and children, prize distribution for the winners, as well as traditional games and henna art.
Through its participation in this event, the Union affirmed that all Kuwaitis, young and old alike, eagerly anticipate the month of February each year to express their profound love for their homeland. These celebrations help instill a sense of patriotism, belonging, and loyalty to the beloved nation in the hearts of our children. The love for the homeland is a symbol, pride, and honor for every individual in Kuwaiti society. We all have a duty to defend and protect it from all threats and dangers with all our strength and determination. We pray to Almighty God to safeguard Kuwait and continue to bless it with security and safety under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir of the country and His Highness the Crown Prince, may God protect and preserve them. May He also bestow peace upon the Islamic and Arab world
